Contract Administrator - Industrial

We are working with a growing industrial builder that has quickly made strong traction in the market, backed by a solid client base and strong project figures. Due to continued growth and new projects secured, they are now looking to bring on a Junior to Mid-level Contract Administrator.

This is a genuine opportunity to join the business at an early stage, with clear progression as the company continues to scale.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with ongoing work across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You’ll be supporting the delivery of industrial projects, working closely with both Directors and their Senior Managers.

This role has real legs for long-term progression. You’ll be learning directly from seriously good operators, and coming into the business early gives you the opportunity to be shaped and developed into exactly what they want to see when promoting someone through to Project Manager level.

They’re keen to bring someone into the team who is eager to learn, wants to progress their career, and is confident building relationships across site and client teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator post-graduation

• Industrial construction experience (highly regarded)

• Strong understanding of procurement, cost tracking, progress claims and variations

• Confident communicator, able to work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
